Welcome to The Living 12! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of The Living 12 mobile application (“App”) and related services. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian.

2. Use of the App: You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You may not: Reverse engineer, modify, or copy the App’s source code. Use the App to transmit harmful or unlawful content. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks connected to the App.

3. Accounts: To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for: Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All activity that occurs under your account. Providing accurate, current, and complete information.

4. Subscriptions & Payments: Some features may require a paid subscription. If so: Fees and billing terms will be disclosed within the App. Payments are processed through Google Play or Apple App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.

5. Health Disclaimer: The Living 12 is designed for goal tracking, habit building, and personal growth. It is not a medical or healthcare service. Any health, fitness, or wellness data provided should not replace medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before making health-related decisions.

6. Data & Privacy: Your use of the App is also governed by our
Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to our data collection and use practices described there.

7. Intellectual Property: The App and all related content (logos, trademarks, text, graphics, software) are the property of The Living 12 / Tower Leadership and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

8. Termination: We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the App if you violate these Terms, misuse the App, or engage in fraudulent or harmful activity.

9. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to your use of the App will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes to Terms: We may update these Terms periodically. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the App or on our website. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Terms and Conditions for Subscription

Subscription Overview:

We offer an auto-renewing monthly subscription for US $5.99 per month (or the equivalent amount in your local currency). New users are eligible for a one-time 30-day free trial. This subscription provides access to premium content and features within the app. No physical items (such as books or workbooks) are included in this subscription, and the app does not sell or advertise any such items. Pricing is clearly displayed in the app prior to purchase, and may be subject to applicable taxes as determined by Apple’s App Store.

Free Trial: If you are a new subscriber, your subscription begins with a 30-day free trial. During this trial period, you will have full access to the app’s content. You will not be billed during the free trial. To avoid being charged, you must cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the 30-day trial period. If you do not cancel in time, on the 31st day your subscription will automatically convert to a paid monthly subscription and your Apple ID/iTunes account will be charged $5.99 for the next month. Only one free trial is allowed per user; if you have previously used a free trial for this app, no additional free trial will be granted. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription before the trial ends

Auto-Renewal and Billing - Auto-Renewal: The subscription is auto-renewing. This means that after the free trial ends (if applicable), your subscription will
renew automatically each month. Your Apple ID (iTunes) account is charged upon the confirmation of purchase (for a new subscription or at the end of a free trial).  Thereafter, your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period at the rate of $5.99 per month, unless you cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current period Renewal charges will be billed to your account 24 hours before your monthly subscription period expires, to ensure uninterrupted service.

Payment Authorization: By starting a subscription (including the free trial), you authorize Apple to charge the monthly subscription fee to the payment method linked to your Apple ID. All billing for in-app subscriptions is handled through Apple’s App Store billing system; the developers of this app do not have access to your credit card information. Payment is managed by Apple, and you will see the billing statement under your Apple ID’s transaction history.

Cancellation and Subscription Management - How to Cancel: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation of the subscription can be done through your Apple ID account settings on your device. For example, you can go to your iOS device’s Settings -> [Your Name] -> Subscriptions, then select this app’s subscription and choose “Cancel”. Subscriptions may be managed by the user, and auto-renewal can be turned off at any time via the user’s Account Settings after purchase. Please note that cancelling must be done at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid being charged for the next period. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the renewal date, the subscription may still renew for the next period per Apple’s policies.

Effect of Cancellation: If you cancel the subscription, you will continue to have access to premium content until the end of the current paid period (or free trial period, if you cancelled during a free trial). The subscription will not renew thereafter, and you will lose access to subscriber-only content once the current period expires. Removing or deleting the app does not cancel your subscription
. If you delete the app but do not cancel the subscription, you will still be charged by Apple. To stop further charges, you must actively cancel the subscription through your Apple ID settings.Refund PolicyAll purchases are final.  Per Apple App Store policy, we (the app developer) cannot issue refunds for purchases made through Apple’s in-app purchase system. This includes subscription fees; once a subscription period has started, that period will remain active until its end date and no pro-rated refunds are provided for cancelled subscriptions. If you believe you are entitled to a refund (for example, in cases of accidental purchase or technical issues), you will need to request a refund directly from Apple. Apple handles all payment processing and refunds for in-app purchases. You can request a refund through Apple by using Apple’s official support channels (such as the “Report a Problem” website or contacting Apple Support). We are not responsible for approving or denying refund requests and we cannot refund App Store transactions ourselves. Any refund issued, if at all, will be at Apple’s discretion in accordance with their App Store refund policies.

Subscription Content Scope: This subscription provides access to content and features within the app only. It does not include any physical products or items outside the app. In particular, any books, workbooks, or other materials that may be associated with our program or content are not included in the app’s subscription and are not sold or advertised within the app. The app does not attempt to sell you separate physical merchandise or digital content outside of the in-app subscription. All subscription benefits are delivered entirely within the app’s digital experience.Changes to Pricing or TermsWe reserve the right to adjust the subscription pricing or to make changes to these terms, as required. If the subscription price changes, you will be notified by Apple prior to renewal and, if required, asked to consent to the new price before it is applied. Any changes to the terms and conditions of the subscription will be communicated via an app update or via the email associated with your account. Continued use of the subscription after a change signifies your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may cancel the subscription as described above.Contact and SupportIf you have any questions or concerns about these Terms and Conditions or the subscription service, please contact our support team at [Support Email/Contact Info]. We will assist with issues related to the app’s functionality, but remember that for billing, subscription management, or refund inquiries, Apple’s App Store support is the appropriate channel due to the nature of the in-app purchase system.

Agreement and Acknowledgment: By starting a free trial or purchasing a subscription in the app, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
